Professional Pastry Training Certificate Program

Are you passionate about baking? Do you have a dream of opening your own cake business? 

Program schedules in 2023: 

  • 21-22/September to 30/Nov-1/December (every Thursday & Friday ) from 10:00 to 14:00
  • 25-26/September to 4-5/December (every Monday & Tuesday) from 17:30 to 21:30 

All of our classes are focusing on learning the pastry arts on a professional level and are 100% hands-on.

The Professional Pastry Training Certificate Program includes 10 courses, with a total of 80 hours of learning.

Each course consists of a total of 8 hours, held over 2 consecutive day of 4 hours each.

Over the 80 hours of learning our students will be exposed to a wide variety of European based pastry techniques and recipes.
