Professional Pastry Training Certificate Program
The Professional Pastry Training Certificate Program are for aspiring Home Chefs who are passionate about pastries & desserts, and for professionals seeking to increase their field of knowledge and expertise.
Students will work individually at their own designated work station, with a maximum of 8 students we are able to provide the lowest student / instructor ratio (8:1) of any culinary school in Canada. A small size kitchen classroom allows us to conduct a very hands-on and personal learning experience.
All of our classes are focusing on learning the pastry arts on a professional level and are 100% hands-on. All recipes and instructions are demonstrated by Chef Marco Ropke during class, emphasizing on understanding the science of baking, ingredients knowledge and proper ratios. Over the 80 hours of learning our students will be exposed to a wide variety of European based pastry techniques and recipes, including French Mousse Cakes, Puff-Pastries, Cremes & Custards, Tiramisu, Cheesecakes, various Tarts and individual Pastries, Cookies, Cake mixing & baking and much more.
The Professional Pastry Training Certificate Program includes 10 courses, with a total of 80 hours of learning.
Each course consists of a total of 8 hours, held over 2 consecutive day of 4 hours each.

- 15-16/September to 24-25/November (every Thursday & Friday) from 10:00 to 14:00
