Full Time Grand Diploma Program
Grand Diploma Program is the most prestigious PASTRY education at our school.
Next starting date: 19/June, 2023
Each student will have their own individual workstation and their own exclusive set of materials. Students will work individually.
It combines a total of 256 hours of learning and is respected across the culinary and pastry industry in Vancouver, British Columbia and beyond.
It combines the most in-depth and varied pastry education available in Western Canada.
Students will work individually at their own designated work station, with a maximum of 8 students we are able to provide the lowest student / instructor ratio (8:1) of any culinary school in Canada. A small size kitchen classroom allows us to conduct a very hands-on and personal learning experience to fulfill your ambitions and pursue the dream of a pastry career.
Three months Full time Grand Diploma Program includes the following:
- Professional Pastry Training Program (80 hours)
- Professional Artisan Bread Baking Program (48 hours)
- Professional Chocolate Diploma Program (64 hours)
- Professional Cake Decorating Program (64 hours)
You will receive a Grand Diploma after completing all four programs.
No extra fees for International students.
Alternatively you can pick either one – four programs at the same time, all depending on your schedule.
