Full Time Grand Diploma Program

Learning fundamental techniques, fostering a deeper understanding of quality standards, and hands-on training under the guidance of a experienced pastry chef. Gain your confidence and refine your skills. Mastering the art and techniques of pastry and baking.

The Grand Diploma Program is ideal for aspiring pastry chefs, home bakers, or anyone with a passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts, breads, and chocolates. 

It combines a total of 256 hours of learning and is respected across the culinary and pastry industry in Vancouver, British Columbia and beyond.

It combines the most in-depth and varied pastry education available in Western Canada.   

                                         

Students will work individually at their own designated work station, with a maximum of 8 students we are able to provide the lowest student / instructor ratio (8:1) of any culinary school in Canada. A small size kitchen classroom allows us to conduct a very hands-on and personal learning experience to fulfill your ambitions and pursue the dream of a pastry career. 

Three months Full time Grand Diploma Program includes the following:

  1. Professional Pastry Training Program (80 hours)
  2. Professional Artisan Bread Baking Program (48 hours)
  3. Professional Chocolate Diploma Program (64 hours)
  4. Professional Cake Decorating Program (64 hours)

You will receive a Grand Diploma after completing all four programs.

No extra fees for International students.

Alternatively you can pick either one – four programs at the same time, all depending on your schedule.
