Many thanks to the dedicated and endless work of the female led cacao-cooperative of the Warmi Tsinani and their seasonal helpers in growing this unique Tsiriari cacao bean. The beans have now been fully sun-dried and are ready to be shipped to Vancouver, British Columbia to be gently roasted and transformed into this special chocolate bar by the expertise of Master Chocolatier March Röpke.
