Privacy & Cancellation Policies
Pastry Training Centre Cancellation Policy:
We will reserve and secure your seat after we receive your payment in full. As we are all living busy lives we do understand that sometimes the need to change or postpone a course arises.
We are committed to help you with any necessary course and or date changes if possible.
We do not offer cash or credit card refunds, all refunds will be issued as course credits. If we receive word from you by either email or you have talked to us at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled course, we will keep your credit for max. 6 month (from the date of the course).
If less than 5 business days prior notice is given, or you are no-show , there is no credit or change of dates.
No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced (as per the start date on your first course) if you registered the complete Certificate or Diploma Program.
The Pastry Training Centre reserves the right to cancel or change the classes at any time.
