225 (+tax) for each class of a total of 8h, all pastry classes are held over two consecutive days at 4h each.

Attending Course 1 is mandatory prior attending this artisan baking course.

Session 2 (Day 1)
Diploma Chocolate Training program consist of 7 session (8 h each) plus 4 h final exam.
The Diploma program has to be taken as one block and can not be broken off into individual courses, no re-scheduling is available.

Price includes Chef Jacket (2), apron, recipe folder.
