Artisan Bread Baking / Course 3 – Italian Breads (Day 1) SOLD OUT! @ Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver

225 (+tax) for each class of a total of 8h, all pastry classes are held over two consecutive days at 4h each.

Diploma Chocolate Training Program – Course 3 (Day 1) @ Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver

Session 3 (Day 1)
Diploma Chocolate Training program consist of 7 session (8 h each) plus 4 h final exam.
The Diploma program has to be taken as one block and can not be broken off into individual courses, no re-scheduling is available.
Price includes Chef Jacket, apron, recipe folder.
