The Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver’s Grand Diploma Program is the most prestigious pastry education at our school.
Your next Grand Diploma Program will start on 13th of January, 2020.
It combines a total of 272 hours of learning and is respected across the culinary and pastry industry in Vancouver, British Columbia and beyond.
It combines the most in-depth and varied pastry education available in Western Canada.
Classes are taught in a maximum 12-1 student / Instructor ratio with a very hands-on approach to learning the fundamentals of baking to fulfill your ambitions and pursue the dream of a pastry career.
Three months Full time Grand Diploma Program includes the following:
- Professional Pastry Training Program (80 hours)
- Professional Artisan Bread Baking Program (64 hours)
- Professional Chocolate Training Program (64 hours)
- Professional Cake Decorating Program (64 hours)
You will receive A Grand Diploma After completing all four programs.
You will be in class 4 days a week, from 10:00-14:00 and from 17:30-21:30 (3.5 hours break each day).
Alternatively you can pick either one, two, three or four programs at the same time, all depending on your schedule.
