Full Time Grand Certificate Program

It is possible to complete The Grand Certificate Program within 3 months!

Your next Grand Certificate Program will start on 6th of May, 2019.

Three months Full time Grand Certificate Program will include the following:

  1. Professional Pastry Training Program (80 hours)
  2. Professional Cake Decorating Program (64 hours)
  3. Professional Artisan Bread Baking Program (64 hours)
  4. Professional Chocolate Training Program (64 hours)

Tuition Fees: $9352.00 (Includes: GST, Chef jackets and aprons). No extra fees for International student or traveler.

You will be in class at our Training Centre 4 days per week, from 10:00-14:00 and from 17:30-21:30 pm (you will have 3.5 hours break each day).

Alternatively you can pick either one, two, three or four programs at the same time, all depending on your schedule.

After completing all four programs you will receive your Grand Certificate.

Professional Chocolate Training Certificate Program consist of 8 session (8 hours each), total of 64 hours of learning.
This program has to be taken as one block and can not be broken off into individual courses, no re-scheduling is available.

Price includes Chef Jacket, apron, recipe folder.
