We will teach you the proper way of mixing and baking light cupcakes; as well as making great tasty fillings and frosting; learn the proper cake mixing and pastry techniques; mixed with basic piping and decorating skills…
This course is designed with a professional approach to the baking and creation of Cup Cakes.
This course is designed for people with a basic understand of baking.
Attending Pastry Training Course 1 is mandatory prior attending this course!
This course is not suitable for people with limited or no baking experience. Cup Cakes sounds simple, proper pastry work demands an understanding of ingredients and techniques applied.
This course runs over two consecutive days, four hours each day.
Please bring apron, kitchen towels and (for the second day) cake box to fit approximately 12 cup cakes.
Solid shoes and long pants are required for safe kitchen work.
