We will teach you the proper way of mixing and baking light cupcakes; making great tasty fillings and frosting; learn the proper cake mixing and pastry techniques; mixed with basic piping and decorating skills…
This course is designed for people with a basic understand of baking and designed with a professional approach to the baking and creation of Cup Cakes, may not suitable for people with no baking experience.
Please bring apron, kitchen towels and (for the second day) cake box.
Solid shoes and long pants are required for safe kitchen work.
Price includes all recipes, ingredients. Light snacks and hot beverages are provided.
