Germany, same as all European countries has a long tradition of their tortes, kuchen (cakes) and pastries.

In a world dominated by amazing French influenced pastries, it’s easy to forget regional pastry specialities.

In this popular course, we will teach you several classic famous German cakes:

  • Black Forest Cake
  • Bienenstich / Bee Sting
  • German Nusskranz / Nut Crown
  • Swiss Rouladen

This is a back-to-back course and the second part of this course will continue the next day at the same time. This is also a hands-on course so please bring boxes to carry your cakes home, an apron, 2 tea towels.

Please come dressed appropriately for kitchen work (casual dress and solid, closed toe shoes).
