- 10/April until 20/June, 2017
- 5/September until 9/November, 2017
Full Time Grand Certificate Program include the following:
- Professional Pastry Training Program (10 courses)
- Professional Cake Decorating Program (8 courses)
- Professional Artisan Bread Baking Program (8 courses)
- Professional Chocolate Diploma Program (7 courses plus Final Exam)
