REGISTRATION, PRE-REQUISITES
Classes are taught in a maximum 8-1 student / Instructor ratio with a very hands-on approach to learning the fundamentals of baking to fulfill your ambitions and pursue the dream of a pastry career.
Student will work individually. Each student will have their own individual work station and their own exclusive set of materials.
The Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver was founded in 2009 by fourth-generation and German born Master Pastry Chef Marco Röpke. With over 30 years of experience as pastry chef and Provincial Instructor Diploma Chef Marco is teaching currently the complete curriculum for our courses.

Pre-requisites:
Students who are admitted to Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver must meet the following pre-requisites:
1. Ability to read, write and communicate in English
2. Students whose native language is not English are required to provide proof of English proficiency
(e.g., TOEFL or other English proficiency assessment) prior to admission
3. Graduation from Grade 12 (or equivalent) and minimum age (19+)
4. Admission interview is required for International Student
5. International Students must obtain their visa before registering
DISMISSAL / TERMINATION
Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver reserves the right to dismissal / terminate a student’s enrollment at any time if demanded discontinue to the condition of our courses. Tardiness (frequently late, no shows); neglected in following the code of conduct; inappropriate or unsafe dress code for class; disrespect shown to our instructors or any staff member or a general unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. No refund will be given.
HEALTH DECLARATION
Students must report any mental or physical illness, allergy, disability or condition that may interfere with their ability to successfully complete their program that may impact the wellbeing of any other student or staff member. Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment if the student’s participation represents a risk to their other students or staff member’s health and safety.
