Special Chocolate Showpiece Course (Day 1)
completion of our Chocolate Diploma Program (exception are possibly made for students which have completed their pastry / chocolate study at other institution and are comfortable in crystallizing / tempering chocolate).
Students are expected to be comfortable in crystallizing / tempering their chocolate with either the marble or seeding technique.
$450.00 CAD (+tax) for 12 hours of learning!
Students are able to keep their chocolate show piece after completion.

– casting of all necessary body parts
– assembling body of figurine and smoothing of joints
– decoration aspects completed with chocolate modeling paste
– chocolate air-brushing
– large chocolate flower and leafs to compliment chocolate figurine
